Attorney Rubino focuses her practice in the areas of family law, including divorce and post-divorce matters involving custody, parenting time, child support, alimony, contempt and modification of existing judgments, as well as paternity cases involving children born out-of-wedlock and restraining order matters. Attorney Rubino serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Probate and Family Court cases involving the care and custody of minor children. She has also been appointed to represent children in the Probate and Family Court as part of the Attorneys Representing Children (ARC) program.
Attorney Rubino has represented clients in a variety of areas, including domestic relations, civil litigation, and criminal defense matters. She has practiced and successfully represented clients before various agencies and courts throughout the Commonwealth, including the Probate & Family Court, Superior Court, District Court, Federal Court, Massachusetts Appeals Court, United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, Civil Service Commission and Division of Administrative Law Appeals.
Prior to joining Mansur Law Group, Attorney Rubino represented and defended police officers in claims arising from the performance of their duties throughout the state and federal courts in the Commonwealth, in interdepartmental disciplinary matters, and hearings before administrative agencies.
In addition to her broad experience practicing law, Attorney Rubino’s prior work as a private investigator has provided her with invaluable skills that contribute to her success as an attorney.
Attorney Rubino is a graduate of Suffolk University and Suffolk University Law School. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Attorney Rubino is a member of the Greater Lowell Bar Association and Massachusetts Association of Guardians ad Litem.
