Jaime Winchenbach, Esq

Attorney Jaime Winchenbach focuses her practice on helping clients navigate divorce, custody disputes, child support, parenting time arrangements, and modifications. Attorney Winchenbach also represents victims of domestic violence, work she finds particularly meaningful and to which she brings both dedication and sensitivity.

Her path to family law wasn’t direct, giving her a unique perspective and approach to her practice. After earning a BA in Latin and Philosophy from Mount Holyoke College, she graduated from Texas A&M School of Law in 2013, where she served as Editor in Chief of the Law Review. Attorney Winchenbach then spent five years in financial compliance at two major investment banks before transitioning to family law practice.

Attorney Winchenbach believes the best outcomes in family law come from being both empathetic and pragmatic. She listens carefully to understand what matters most to you and works collaboratively whenever possible, but is prepared to advocate fiercely when the situation demands it. Her goal is to help you move through one of life’s most difficult transitions with clarity, support, and a path forward.

As a parent to a three-year-old, Attorney Winchenbach has an even deeper appreciation for what’s at stake in custody and parenting time cases. Outside of work, she can be found re-reading Cat in the Hat or at the nearest playground.
