Meet Karla

Attorney Karla Mansur has dedicated her career to the practice of Family Law in Massachusetts.  From the onset of her career she has always had an interest in helping families.  She worked full-time while earning her law degree as a Law Clerk for the United States Coast Guard.  While at the US Coast Guard, Karla learned the inner workings of the unique obstacles that military families face. While there were many other practice areas from which she gained insight, like; environmental law violations, criminal prosecutions, estate planning and landlord tenant.  Family Law was the area Karla found to be most rewarding.  After graduating Suffolk University Law School she went on to work in small civil litigation firm in Peabody, MA where she handled matters related to breach of contract, real estate and collections.

Karla handles all family law matters and has litigated in every family and superior court in the state of Massachusetts.

In 2010 Attorney Mansur chose to begin her own firm and focus exclusively on family law matters in order to pursue her passion for working with families.  Karla handles all family law matters and has litigated in every family and superior court in the state of Massachusetts. Karla is also a guardian ad litem and certified divorce mediator.  Her practice areas under the Family Law umbrella include but are not limited to divorce, custody, contempt, modifications, guardianships of adults and minors, step-parent adoptions, paternity, and drafting of prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She has received special training domestic violence and violent family law matters and volunteers via pro bono work with the Women’s Bar Foundation, the Victim’s Rights Law Center and the Volunteer Lawyer Project, and MetroWest Legal Services.

Attorney Mansur belongs to the Women’s Bar Association, Greater Boston Family Law In of Court, Massachusetts Association of Guardian Ad Litems, the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, the Lowell Bar Association and Middlesex Bar Association.
